Richard has over 31 years of experience representing injury victims and has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. Richard is passionate about helping his injured clients and has achieved many million dollar verdicts and settlements. Rick has been a Connecticut and New England Super Lawyer since 2007 and is a respected arbiter, mediator and fact finder. Rick handles injury cases in State and Federal Courts in Connecticut as well as in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

The primary focus of Mr. Renehan’s practice is personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Throughout his distinguished career, he has assisted clients who have been harmed due to the negligence of other parties, and his caseload has included motor vehicle crashes, nursing home negligence, premises liability and medical malpractice. Along the way, his clients have received millions of dollars in compensation as a result of Mr. Renehan’s skills in presenting cases before juries, his tenacity in negotiating favorable settlement agreements, and his successes in mediation sessions and before arbitration panels.

He assists them with the preparation and filing of the required claim documentation and appears on their behalf at hearings in the event that the claim is disputed or denied.
